- Meaningful value addition and marketing of apricot and sea-buckthorn and development of agro-based technology.
- Solid waste-management in Leh town.
- Water conservation and management through artificial glaciers, ground water recharging, sprinkling, drip irrigation and water use regulations.
- Documentation of traditional agriculture , culture (conservation/preservation).
- Specialisation of SHGs in different trades and skills for effective value addition of Cashmere, apricot and sea-buckthorn through product development and diversification.
