Ladakh Ecological Development Group, Leh invites sealed quotations from reputed companies / manufacturers/ supply agencies for procurement of Suction Truck/ Cesspool Vehicle/ Honeysucker Machine for Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant, Leh. The interested Companies / manufacturers/ supply agencies may submit their technical and financial bid documents in prescribed format in separate sealed cover.
The details of the specifications of the suction truck is as follows:

The vehicle would be used for collecting faecal sludge from septic tanks/ soak pits and other containment units. The minimum vertical collection height must be 15 feet (from inlet valve). The equipment should be able to extract slurry and sludge under high vacuum through suction hose connected to tank by a quick release hose coupling.
Bidders shall have to deposit Earnest Money Deposit of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five thousand only) as Bid security in the form of Demand Draft obtained from any Nationalized Bank, in favor of Ladakh Ecological Development Group Karzoo Leh Payable at Leh along with the bid document.
Financial documents sealed in separate covers and marked with Technical/Financial must be delivered to the Accounts Officer LEDeG, upto 21.05.2018 till 2.00 PM. All sealed quotations received till then will be opened on the same day before the bidder or their representative who wish to be present, in the office at 3.00 P.M.
